Terms of use

The terms for using Vianova. Last updated 25 October 2026.

What Vianova is

Vianova is a free directory that helps people find autism services and support in the UK. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Listings are information, not recommendations

We list providers to help you find options. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of the quality, safety or suitability of any service. Where we show that we have checked something, such as contact details or a professional registration, that check covers only what is stated and the date shown. Read our listing standards for details.

Before you use a service, check it directly: ask about qualifications, regulation, costs and safeguarding. Many services are regulated, and you can read inspection reports from the relevant regulator, such as the Care Quality Commission, Ofsted, the Care Inspectorate, Care Inspectorate Wales or the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.

Guides are general information

Our guides explain how systems such as assessments, education support and benefits generally work. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Rules differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and change over time, so check the sources listed in each guide.

Not an emergency service

Vianova cannot respond to emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111. Samaritans are available any time, free, on 116 123.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate, but details change and some information comes from providers and public registers. If something is wrong, please tell us or use the report link on the listing.

Using our forms

When you send an enquiry, report or request, the information must be honest and must not be abusive, unlawful, or sent to promote something unrelated. We may limit or block use of our forms to prevent misuse. Enquiries go to the provider, who is responsible for their reply and for any service they offer you.

Links to other websites

Listings and guides link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your information.

Content and data

The Vianova name, logo, design and guide text belong to us. You may share links to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Some listing information is taken from public registers and reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0, including Care Quality Commission and Charity Commission data, and some from Open SEND data.

Our responsibility to you

We provide Vianova free of charge and as it is. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or of any service you find through it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
