Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Vianova, including autistic people and people with other disabilities. Last updated 25 October 2026.
What we aim for
Vianova is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We aim for you to be able to:
- use the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- use the site with a screen reader, such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack
- zoom in without content being cut off or needing to scroll sideways
- read text with good colour contrast, set in a typeface designed for legibility
- skip straight to the main content of each page
- use the site without flashing content or time limits
We write in plain English, explain terms such as EHCP or PIP when we use them, and keep page layouts consistent and predictable.
How accessible the site is
The site has not yet been independently audited against WCAG 2.2. We know of these limitations:
- Listings link to providers' own websites, which may not be accessible. We do not control them.
- Map links open OpenStreetMap, which may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies. Every listing also shows its address as text.
- Some listing descriptions come from providers and public registers and may not be in plain English.
We plan to commission an independent audit and will update this statement with the results.
Getting help or reporting a problem
If you find something hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us about accessibility or email info@vianovacic.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.
