Listing standards

How we describe services and what our checks mean.

Clear service information

A listing should say who the service is for, where and how it is delivered, how to make contact, and any known cost or referral requirements. Providers should request a correction when these details change.

Checks and sources

We distinguish details supplied by providers from contact details and professional registrations our team has checked. A check is dated and limited to the information stated. It is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of care quality.

Claims we cannot publish

Listings must not claim to cure, reverse or recover people from autism. We may decline or remove misleading or harmful claims. We review reports of incorrect or concerning information.
